Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero tied the knot the second time around on February 15, 2015. Nine years have passed since they first exchanged "I dos," and despite their fair share of challenges, the couple continues to stay strong. They recently returned to Balesin, where they originally got married, to renew their wedding vows once again.

Many have witnessed the growth of Heart and Chiz’s relationship, including her makeup artist and close friend, Albert Kurniawan, who penned a heartfelt message for his muse's (second) big day.
He wrote, “My dearest @iamhearte. Your wedding was the highlight of my career as a bridal makeup artist. Fast forward, I am honored and flattered to still be part of your vow renewal celebration. You are not only the most beautiful but also a blessing to many! Congrats @escuderochiz and Heart. May the love that you guys have planted grow into a tree of happiness you enjoy tomorrow!”
Preview Exclusive: Details of Heart Evangelista's Bridal Makeup Look by Albert Kurniawan
Needless to say, Heart was a glowing bride! Luckily, in an exclusive chat with Preview, the professional makeup artist shared the exact details about Heart’s makeup look.
"For the makeup look, we are going for semi-dewy skin, with infused apricot color blush across her cheeks to the side of the nose and under the nose for a more lamig lamigan look or igari look. And for the lips, we are going for a neutral satin nude," Albert detailed.

Skin Prep
It's always important to prep the face well before anything else. To achieve a flawless base, Albert had Heart wear Aivee's Bright Eyes Mask and Crystal Mask to plumpen and moisturize her skin, followed by a lip balm from La Mer to nourish her lips, and finally Skin Poem's Hydrating and Brightening Mist to lock in all the moisture.
Base
Naturally, Albert used a cosmetics brand that he trusts the most—his very own Teviant—for his base products. He primed Heart's skin with the Luminous Radiant Primer, then applied the foundation in the shade of Nude and concealer in the shade of Lisbon, all from Teviant's The Ultimate Skin Master line. The makeup artist then used MAC Cosmetics pressed powder in NC30 for the finishing touch, as well as Teviant's Illuminating Loose Powder to make the base longer-lasting.
Face
Adding a pop of color to her cheeks, Heart's blush was courtesy of Teviant's Deity Dust in the shade First Date. Albert used the trio face palette for her contour, highlight, and blush.
Eyes
For Heart's eyes to pop, Albert used Teviant's Eye Intensifier in the shade Nipah, topped off with a little winged flick done with the help of Teviant liquid pen liner in Virago. Finally, he smudged the edges a bit using a black eyeshadow from Makeup By Mario to give it a more dramatic flair.
Brows
Meanwhile, for the brows, Albert applied Strokes' Brow Fixer gel and Teviant's Brow Duo Powder in Queen to achieve Heart's well-groomed arches.
Lips
Of course, no beauty look is ever complete without lip products. Albert used MAC Cosmetics' lip liner in Spice to contour Heart's pout, followed by Teviant's Velvet Drop in Sex Appeal as the base color. He then layered it with Bobbi Brown's lippie in Rosewood and a Chanel lip gloss in Beige Star 206.
Setting Spray
Finally, to set everything, Albert spritzed on Scott Barnes' Downright Dewy Mist to ensure that Heart's makeup would stay in place until after the wedding reception.
