Christmas Tree Lighting @ FEU Roosevelt

The Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony 2020 was held by FEU Roosevelt Rodriguez via Facebook Live to welcome the season of Christmas and New Year. The viewing of the live feed lasted for 22 minutes on December 18, 2020 and is still available on the page of FEU Roosevelt Rodriguez. It started with an intermission number by Keziah Kyla Aguilar from FEU Roosevelt Rodriguez who sang the beautiful song entitled, “Magic ng Pasko”. This was followed by greetings from our students all across the globe. After that, a performance of “Silent Night” was done by Erold Roldan and Maria Keziah Cueson of FEU Roosevelt Marikina. Afterwards, our dear FEU president, Dr. Michael M. Alba delivered his greetings and gratitude to the FEU community.

Then, the Christmas trees from the campuses of Rodriguez, Cainta, and Marikina, were shown. The countdown of the lighting was done featuring the school staff, students, and teachers across the campuses. Furthermore, Destiny Raia Olaguer from FEU Roosevelt Cainta sang and harmonized the song “Kumukutikutitap”, followed by the selected offshore students from the Middle East singing “Jingle Bell Rock”. Lastly, the live feed ended with the closing remarks from Dr. Alma Emerita V. Dela Cruz, the Senior Vice President of FEU Roosevelt.
