They were on time. However, to take us from the international Falls airport to Rusty Meyers flying service, about a 20 minute ride, they charged $60 for a private transfer. That was fine.

We are on our way, and our driver got a call to turn around and go back to the airport to pick up two more people. I didn't object because I assumed we would share the fare.

They charged us both $60. I told our driver it was a shared fare, so we should split the cost. The driver said the policy was to charge each party full fare, even though I had booked a private transfer. I won't use them again.

Awesome service in International Falls out to a remote fishing camp. Driver Elmer took great care of us from pick up to drop off, then again retrieving us from the distant location! Sure beats a rental car and having a driver is great after long flights, much less the end of the trip! Easy to schedule on the phone or email, no problems and right on time every time!

As a lodge owner outside of Kenora, Ontario - I would and I have highly recommend City Cab to friends and guests. They are reputable and super helpful. Keep in mind International Falls is a small town and so you should call in advance to reserve, but they will also do their best to accommodate last minute requests if possible.
