A well defined echogenic solid lesion at the right adnexal region not separable from the anterior surface of the right ovary. No detected calcifications, cystic changes or internal vascularity on Doppler scan.
Right ovarian simple cyst is also noted.
Retroverted uterus.
Normal left ovary.

Non contrast CT study of the pelvis confirmed the fatty nature of the lesion.
It also revealed an ipsilateral smaller cyst with fluid density (Mostly representing functional cyst).
