Cristine Reyes and Ali Khatibi tie the knot
28 Jan - Actress Cristine Reyes, who previously expressed her wish to hold an intimate wedding, had her wish come true as she and MMA fighter Ali Khatibi walked down the aisle yesterday.
According to Rappler, the event, which was held in Balesin Island on 27 January, was attended by close friends and family members, including their daughter, Amarah.
Reyes had also shared several photos of the wedding on Instagram, as well as the preparations and her bachelorette party - where she was given ten tasks to do before her wedding, including doing the Macarena on the dance floor and asking a stranger to buy her a drink.
The actress stated that she will probably hold another reception in Manila, although both she and husband have yet to plan it. They previously postponed their big celebration that was scheduled in December in order to hold the more intimate wedding.
Reyes and Khatibi started dating back in 2014 after she started training jiu-jitsu at his gym.
