Shore Residences Condominium is a luxurious, top of the line condo developed by SM Development Corporation (SMDC) My unit Shore 14!WorknPlay is located in 14th floor Tower D. This is loaded with amenities to either do Work or Play. It has an internet boost up to max @50mbps which can accommodate work from home set up with readily available 24 inch LED monitor, a keyboard and a mouse in case you book this for Work From Home purpose. The room has a 43” inch SMART Led TV with Netflix, we also recently added a chair massager for back, neck and head, a gallon of drinking water and slippers for unit and outside use for your relax-play experience. Moreover, in this unit, there are 3 beds. In the Bedroom: There is a double mattress dressed-up with duvet as blanket. And a Single pull-out bed with bedfoam set-up. There is another duvet for blanket you can get in the cabinet. In the living room, a sofa is convertible to double bed.. There is a Gray Vitmosa sofa cover that can serve as a bedsheet and a another duvet blanket stored in the cabinet. Available are 6 pillows, 2 rectangular sofa pillow and another 4 square sofa pillow There are 4 bath towels. 4 guest kit (toothbrush toothpaste), soap and a packet of shampoo. Cleaning materials and a dispenser of handsoap and dishwashing liquid also available. NOTE: Other than providing the soft copy for admin approval, On the day of check-in a hardcopy of your ID will be requested in the lobby reception before you can proceed in the unit.
