Let me start by saying that the item arrived in perfect condition. Best packaging I've ever seen, frankly. The issue is that the seller's policy stated I could ask to cancel my order, just no returns when it got here. But when I messaged them asking to cancel it within just a few hours of purchasing, I was met with zero reply. The next day I get a notification that my package has been shipped, STILL with no reply from the seller. In fact, I never recieved one message back from them at ALL. :(

Very disappointed with the seller. They showed that these are official items that come with slipcovers, and I actually owned copies of these in the past, so I do know those exist, but the movies arrived without them and are also not even official products, as far as I and everyone I've contacted can discern. I attempted to work this out with the seller, but they refused to fix things amicably so I had to elevate the case directly to eBay.
