We are pleased to announce that you can now pre-download the game client and purchase Founder’s Pack DLC products from the Steam Store Page!
As such, we would like to make an announcement with regards to some details about the 3 variants of the Founder’s Pack DLC products.
1. Founder’s Pack – Light
- The ‘Founder’s Pack – Light’ product is the most basic variant which includes exclusive access rights.
- The items included in the product can be seen below.
- It consists of items that accumulate to approximately USD $11.00 in value and are being sold at a 20% discount for USD $8.99.

2. Founder’s Pack – Medium
- The ‘Founder’s Pack – Medium’ product is the mid-range variant which includes exclusive access rights.
- The items included in the product can be seen below.
- It consists of items that accumulate to approximately USD $36.00 in value and are being sold at a 35% discount for USD $24.99.

3. Founder’s Pack – Premium
- The ‘Founder’s Pack – Premium’ product is the top of the line product which includes exclusive access rights.

- The ‘Shining Character Card Box’ will allow you to be able to obtain one of the characters from the ‘Character cards for event’ list shown below. Please note that the character card itself cannot be traded with other players.

- The ‘Lyndon's Pet Box’ will allow you to be able to obtain one item from the ‘Pet box’ list. Please note that the ‘Pet Box’ can be traded with other players.

[IMPORTANT]
- The Founder’s Pack is a DLC product on Steam which may only be purchased a maximum of one ‘Founder’s Pack’ variant per account. The product cannot be traded in game to other players.
- The ‘Early Access’ authority will be automatically granted to your account if you have ownership of the product. All other ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ product benefits must be obtained in-game from the “Leonardo Expreso NPC” or the “Get Cash Item” UI.
- Exclusive access to the game will be possible from when the Founder’s Servers open on October 25th, 2017.
- The prices of the Founder’s Pack DLC products were not set via the Steam Regional Pricing System. We have set regional prices by using currency exchange rates.
- Please note that the products will be removed at a later date. However, we will make a separate announcement 2 weeks prior to this decision. The products will be taken from the Steam store by Valve after the announced date.

Ruben DeAngelo I'm not sure why they'd only pick the period between 2014 till end of server. So the people who spent so much in the game in small periods throughout the course of 10 years won't get any true special benefit as opposed to a family who happens to spend a ton during 2014-2017... Ed Baguyo Hi IMC, I'm wondering if you still don't have a support staff until now. I sent a ticket since last week but no one is checking it. Also, Ruben's comment makes sense. I am on the same boat, every spender of the game should be compensated not just a specific time frame. It maybe because IAH didnt provide you a full log of purchases. Miggy Catan Hi IMC, I would like to ask regarding Anis included in shining and sacred box; will her Placidez skill learned already upon creating her? or still need the placidez page? Imagine if we got Anis and she has no placidez yet, we start all from 1st pioneering quest and imagine the months need to take for us be strong just to raid Abyss for her skill page.. :( thank you. Miggy Catan Greetings IMC. Me again... People are wondering if the characters from sacred and shining box are randomly obtained or can be chosen.. I would suggest that as part of our benefit as former players and because we purchased the Founder's Pack, allow us to pick the characters from the box list. 1st, the characters are "nontransferable" so there is no way we can sell the cards ingame to other players. 2nd, each account are only given 1 per founder pack which happen to be only 2 packs contains character box, if happen that we get characters randomly from the box and resulting to same character card, would be waste. And because each account are given only with 1 pack respectively, there is no chance we can take advantage to have multiple characters. Sp you can still put some in lyndon box. 3rd, the founder's pack will only be available for sale for a short period of time, so i believe it won't hurt much your company to at least let us choose characters we want from the box. At least give us the chance to have the characters we love and collected from years ago once again. I believe it would be fair enough and win win situation for you, IMC, and us players who purchased the box. As a player for almost 10 years of Granado Espada, and spent time and money in the game (which are now wasted efforts), i hereby move a motion to make the character box both sacred and shining to let us choose characters we want. Anyone will second my motion? P.S. IMC, please at least give us the privilege to choose, that's the least you can do for us payer players. Its a win win situation for all of us. Just now please? Ruben DeAngelo Well I have to say it's a great motion. I personally feel it's great to make it a player of choice but again it imbalances the server. I would rather have them remove the chance of duplicate between each box and remove the distribution of SD/GC/Evil items at the start of the server via Benefit Gifts October 17 at 1:02AM
