Biography: Brandon Boyd is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and visual artist. He is best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Incubus.

Boyd began writing songs at an early age and started playing guitar when he was 13 years old. Boyd attended Calabasas High School and Agoura High School, but later dropped out to focus on his music career.

Boyd is a self-taught musician and plays several instruments, including guitar, bass, drums, and percussion. He has also been known to use a didgeridoo, a wind instrument originally from Australia.

Boyd's lyrics are often introspective and personal, dealing with themes of love, relationships, addiction, and spirituality. He has also been known to incorporate elements of mythology and science fiction into his songwriting.

In addition to his work with Incubus, Boyd has also released several solo albums and has collaborated with other artists on a variety of projects. He has also written and illustrated two books, White Fluffy Clouds and From the Ground Up.
