Personally, I've never been a fan of reusing falsies. It might be the neat freak in me, but I'd rather save my favorite pair for a special occasion than risk an eye infection. Well, that was untilย Huda Kattan, the brains behind the brandย Huda Beauty, shared a hack that even germophobes can get on.

We asked makeup artist, Ara Fernando what she thought of this hack, and according to her, this method only works if you're dealing with reusable lashes. So if yours are totally reusable, clean away! "As long as the base is intact you may use them for as often or as long as you want," says Ara. "Just take care of the hair strands because no matter how reusable they are, the ends might break off with all the tugging, pulling, or swabbing."
The makeup artist also cautions us that continuous cleaning and reuse will inevitably lead to signs of wear and tear. "Micellar water could possibly change the shape and how they're curled. Especially if they're made from real hair," she explains.
In the video post, Huda claims that hers can last over 15 wears, so invest in high-quality lashes if you want the same durability!
