TR2.0? After four long years, Terrence Romeo now back to short hair

Romeo moves on to a new hairstyle

WHETHER secured by a headband or tied up in a bun, San Miguel guard Terrence Romeo has been rocking a long hairdo for a good part of his career.

Aside from his athletic skills, that hair has also become his signature as a player.

But just last weekend, the 28-year-old decided to chop it off and give himself a brand new look as he recovers from a shoulder injury that had taken him out of the PBA bubble early in the eliminations.

He tapped celebrities' go-to barber Nuj Garcia to give him the revamp.

Romeo is now sporting a shorter cut with bangs covering the top of his forehead — a very different 'do from his usual laidback long hair.

The bubbly barber, who documents his art in his YouTube Channel, was quick to say yes to the San Miguel star's request.

As Garcia revealed in a vlog, Romeo texted him to say, "Bro, 'pag hindi ka busy, papagupit kami ng kapatid ko."

After his most recent haircut, Romeo commended the barber saying: "Galing, ibang klase si Nuj. Isa sa pinakamagaling na gumupit sa akin."

This new' do is only the latest in a long line of hair transformations over Terrence's long career.

In his early years in the PBA, he even had a 'Super-Saiyan-ish' blonde hair, before he let it grow in late 2016.

There would be a few times that he also had his hair braided for the games.

A week after he departed the bubble, Romeo's Beermen made it in the bubble playoffs with a twice-to-beat advantage. But they were eliminated by Meralco during the All-Filipino Cup quarterfinals.
