K-pop group 2NE1 reunited as four at Coachella 2022 this past weekend and, as expected, their return to the stage after almost seven years resulted in a multitude of memorable (and meme-worthy) moments. One of the highlights was when Sandara Park, also known by her stage name Dara, lost her shoe after it flew off while she was doing a high kick.
Like a true performer, Dara finished the show with just one shoe, and even shared some photos of her new, asymmetrical look on Instagram. Of course, she later reassured us that everything was alright by posting a photo of her wearing the leopard-print creeper shoes with the caption, “Don't worry about my shoes 😜.”

Luckily, it seems like Dara's off-stage shoe choice is a trusty one: good ol' Crocs. On Instagram, Dara shared a picture of herself in her sparkly pinstriped 'fit for the stage, but rather than her flying loafers, she wore a pair of yellow crocs. Of course, the shoes are a statement on their own, but Dara also customized them with a selection of Jibbitz including varsity-style letters that spelled out her name.
Also on IG, Dara also showed us a more elevated look with high-heeled Crocs from Balenciaga. She paired them with high socks from the same brand, fishnet tights, a pleated leather skirt, and a Moschino graphic tee. In addition to the Crocs, Dara also accessorized with a Moschino teddy bear bag, giving the look a subtly nostalgic feel which was a fitting choice to celebrate the return of an iconic 2nd-generation K-pop group.
All around, these outfits proved that Dara is still as much of a style connoisseur today as she was when she first wore her signature hairstyle for 2NE1's single “I'm The Best.” Our only style tip for Dara would perhaps be to put the Crocs in sports mode to help keep them on.
