You were a busy girl, always running around with something to do, but you always made time for Tamaki. When you were studying, you  were running your fingers through his hair as you read. When you were practicing for the next chorus concert he was playing piano to the tune. When you weren't busy at all, he was telling you about his day as you showered him with all the love and attention he deserved.

Though lately, you had been busy hanging out with someone else, his own best friend, Kyoya. You two were complete strangers before you met Tamaki, and if he hadn't set up a day for the three of you to hang out, you probably would have stayed that way. He regretted letting you two meet, as selfish as it sounds, because now he shared you with him. Instead of getting your full attention, he got half of it as you would include Kyoya who mow sometimes tagged along on your usual alone time. To say he was jealous would be an understatement.

You weren't stupid, you noticed the sad smile Tamaki sent your way and the anger that flashed through his eyes at his best friend. What you wanted was to get to know the person he cherished enough to call his best friend, but what you started was a fight. Tamaki would snap at Kyoya, not that he cared much, and Kyoya would send a usual witty comment back. It wasn't bad enough that it drove you crazy, but it made you worry.

And one day you found out you were right to worry.

"I don't care if your my best friend, you can't have her!"

"Who said I was trying to steal her from you, idiot!"

It was like a bomb went off and when the smoke cleared the two were almost nose to nose with you smashed in the middle. Your face wasn't in it's usual smile or calm expression, but a glare was in it's place. A nasty one at that. They took steps back away from each other, well, more from you who looked like the Devil had you.

"Tamaki, come with me. Now!" You hissed, grabbing him by the wrist roughly and dragging him out of Music Room #3.

You didn't stop until you ended up in an empty room not too far away and get him one last glare. "Start talking," you said sharply.

His eyes were downcasted with his hair covering his eyes, his hands clenched into tight fists at his side. You waited patiently for him to speak, just like he did for you when you were mad so you didn't say something you'd regret. Honestly, you understood what was happening but he needed to accept it for you to fix it.

"You always had time for me and we had a special routine that kept both of us happy. Then you started adding him into the routine, and that took the time you rarely had from me. I couldn't let him steal your attention away from me!" He was calm and collected until the end, and for that you were glad.

You walked towards him and placed your hands on his cheeks and felt the warmth that radiated from them on your fingertips. (E/C) clashed with purple and you let him see the love you had for him that no one could take away no matter what. You pressed your lips against his in a gentle kiss but it seems he had other plans.

His arms snaked around your waust and pulled your body flush against him and deepened the kiss. Passion neither of you knew you had flowed into the kiss and explained things words couldn't. His fear of losing you and all his sadness met your constant worrying and never ending care.

Even without words, you two could understand each other and become so much more connected.
