Anne Curtis received praise and support from Regine Velasquez as she continuously improved her singing voice! In an episode of the talk show “Magandang Buhay” dated February 6, the Asia’s Songbird commended the actress’ improvement in singing.
“Tignan mo si Anne, di ba dati si Anne, tawang-tawa lang tayo kasi bakit tayo natatawa sa kanya? Kasi wala siya sa tono eh,” she said.
Velasquez emphasized that Curtis is not out of tune and she really worked hard on improving her singing voice, “Pero actually ngayon, nasa tono na siya. Actually, gumaling na nga siya eh kasi pinagpursigihan niya. And she actually loves it. She likes it.”

The veteran singer also reiterated the process of learning how to sing and improving one’s voice.
Touched by Velasquez’s comments, Curtis took to social media to express heartfelt gratitude, noting she felt emotional. On X, she reposted a netizen’s post of the recent “Magandang Buhay” episode.
“Wait lang madam @reginevalcasid. Naiiyak ako. Thank you so much. Nakahelp din talaga ang voice lessons ko with miss Kitchie Molina. Thank you for your kind words,” she wrote.

The “It’s Showtime” host also reposted a video of her and Velasquez singing Aegis’ “Christmas Bonus” on ASAP in 2022.

Curtis has been staging concerts and performing on variety shows. Her recent concert, “Luv-Anne,” was held in California in December 2023. In 2011, she released her debut album, “AnneBisyosa,” which included her original track “Tinamaan Ako” and song covers Heart’s “Alone” and Bonnie Tyler’s “Total Eclipse of the Heart.”
